Neurosciences Australia Ltd

Neurosciences Australia (NSA) is a not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee. The central
operations of NSA, including the Management of the
NNF are managed, under contract, by
Neurosciences Victoria Ltd.
Neurosciences Australia currently has five members including:

*Neurosciences Victoria
*Flinders University
*The South Australian Neuroscience Institute (SANI)
*The University of Tasmania
*The University of Western Australia
*The Hunter Medical Research Institute.

NSA has an independent, national board that consists
of the Chair, Deputy Chair, five independent directors (including three from states other than Victoria) and a company secretary. The NSA board is charged with administering the MNRF grant, governing the NNF to
the national benefit and developing and coordinating national collaborations in the field of neuroscience.
